Michael has been in the mortgage lending business serving the needs of both the residential and commercial community since 1987. His experience and dedication to the mortgage field helped him earn the CMC designation in September,2006 from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, an industry leading trade association.
CMC, or Certified Mortgage Consultant, is a nationally recognized title achieved through meeting certain requirements and having the highest level of professional standards.
Michael has used his experience in helping thousands of clients achieve their dream of homeownership throughout New England and Florida.. His approach is one of careful needs analysis first, ensuring that the homeowner ends up with the right mortgage product for their financial situation.
This careful and efficient approach results in the highest level of customer satisfaction, leading to consistent referrals and repeat business. The highest compliment a person can pay to Michael is a referral of a personal friend or acquaintance.
What appeals to Michael the most is helping families buy their primary homes as well as financing the second home market and investment properties. Michael lives in Salem, New Hampshire with his wife Kathleen and two sons. He enjoys coaching baseball, attending the kid’s many sports and activities, and spending time at his family’s second home on Cape Cod.

Estelle has been in the mortgage field since 2002 and has quickly become a very knowledgeable and well respected loan officer. Her focus on training and education has enabled her to become an expert in many home buying programs, including those sponsored by VA, FHA, Fannie Mae, State Housing Associations, and Portfolio Lenders. Estelle is a certified course instructor for the New Hampshire and Maine Real Estate Commissions, as well as various Massachusetts local boards.
Estelle enjoys helping homebuyers the most. She is dedicated to tailoring the mortgage process to her customer’s individual needs. She takes pride in always providing excellent service by conducting personal in-depth consultations with each borrower to ensure they receive the attention they deserve and no question is left unanswered. This careful approach really takes the mystery out of the complex home buying process, especially for the first time buyers.
Estelle has been a top closer in residential lending and has also been very successful in financing commercial properties for
investor-clients. Estelle lives in Atkinson, New Hampshire with her husband and daughter. She is an active member of the community with involvement in church, civic, and Chamber of Commerce affiliations.

A veteran of the United States Navy, Biz served in the submarine service from 1971-1975.
Biz has 5 children and 7 grandchildren and currently resides in Sandown, NH.
Since joining the mortgage financing profession Biz has helped families and investors from New England and Florida plan their mortgage needs.

While the business has changed in so many areas, the lending practices are still the same for her. She always puts the customer’s needs and wants first. Helping them achieve the goal of owning a home. This dedication has resulted in life long relationships, consistent referrals and has helped her to become one of the top loan officers in New England. Sandra is involved in community service throughout New Hampshire. She has been involved in
A Relay for Life,
The American Cancer Society and The March of Dimes. These charities and others are very important to her and having lost her Dad to cancer, she will continue to work and fight for such causes that have such a huge impact on so many.
Sandra lives in Salem, NH with her husband Tom and their two boys Robert and Michael. Her son Robert plays Jr. hockey and she enjoys
spreading the time with him at the rinks, and her son
Michael is pre comp team dancer at a local studio in Salem and when she's not at a rink she's at the studio. Her family and friends are one of the greatest joys in her life.
